The service

theta Pro offers research and screening tools (including opportunities, reports, screener, positions tooling, and MCP). It is for research and education only and is not investment advice, an order to trade, or a solicitation.

We may improve or change features; material changes will be noted in-product or by email when practical.

Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details and are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term until you cancel before renewal.

After cancellation, access continues through the paid period; billing stops when that period ends.

Eligible accounts may receive one 3-day card-required trial on the first monthly checkout; yearly and later monthly checkouts charge immediately.

Taxes

Listed prices are tax-inclusive. Checkout does not add a separate tax line. Applicable tax is handled by the operator under an external process.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
