Information we collect

Account email and display name; authentication session identifiers; billing address collected at Checkout for tax and invoicing; subscription and payment status metadata from Stripe; and product usage events needed to operate theta features.

Billing address and Stripe

Billing address is collected for invoicing and tax-compliance records; Checkout does not use Stripe Tax to add a separate tax calculation.

Payments and billing address are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Processors

Primary processors include Stripe (payments and tax), Vercel (application hosting), and Resend when configured for transactional email.

Retention and rights

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute handling.
