How to request a refund

Email support@tonylaw.cc with your account email, the charge timing, and the reason. We will review and reply.

Relationship to the subscription

Even a full refund does not, by itself, cancel the subscription or stop automatic renewal. If you want billing to stop, cancel the subscription as well or ask us to help cancel.

Partial refunds likewise leave subscription status unchanged.

Trials

Canceling during a trial usually avoids a charge, subject to Stripe Checkout and card status. Charges after a trial follow this refund policy.
