Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-31
You may cancel theta Pro anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which automatic charges stop.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Settings → Membership & Billing, and cancel through the Stripe customer portal, or email support@tonylaw.cc for help.
Access after cancellation
After you cancel, paid entitlements continue until the current billing period ends; then access falls back to any free tier that applies.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Canceling does not automatically create a refund; a refund does not automatically complete cancellation (see the Refund Policy).
