Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-31
You may cancel theta Pro anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which automatic charges stop.
How to cancel
Sign in and use the secure Manage subscription link below to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel, or email support@tonylaw.cc for help.
Access after cancellation
After you cancel, paid entitlements continue until the current billing period ends; then access falls back to any free tier that applies.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are separate. Canceling does not automatically create a refund; a refund does not automatically complete cancellation (see the Refund Policy).
